There is a pretty good chance that we will have more experience of medieval and themed events than you do.

It therefore seems rather unfair for us to expect you to take the risk when booking - after all, it should be the responsibility of the entertainers to find out exactly what you want, and then provide it.

For this reason, we offer a full, no-quibble 100% money back guarantee of satisfaction, and believe that all performers should be able to do this.

The only exception is when we are asked to do something that we are pretty sure won't work. It is your event, so we won't dictate what you can and can't do, and we'll say clearly in advance why we think it will all go pear-shaped so you can make the final choice. We will do the very best we can, just at your risk.

Insurance, Health & Safety

Naturally, all performers carry full third party liability insurance, and all electrical equipment is fully tested to comply with Health and Safety 'Portable Alliance Testing' legislation.

Full details available on request, but be warned that I cane 'bore for England' on this subject, as un-insured performers working with potentially lethal equipment is one of my pet 'soap box' subjects.
