Medieval Entertainers

All of our medieval entertainers are performers who have more than one skill. Musicians who can act or perform magic, fire eaters who can juggle, actors who can sing and act as your Master of Ceremonies. By mixing together the right performers, you benefit with a saving to your budget - it is cheaper to book a multi-talented medieval entertainer rather than all the different specialists individually. It can be very expensive to book someone to play a one minute trumpet fanfare, and such a shame to have to exclude some of the fun little trimmings that really help to make an event. The logistics of having lots of different performers turn up, get changed, do their bit and then clutter off can cause problems as well, especially when parking and changing space is limited. And by keeping the same faces all the way through an event, there is also the chance for a relationship to build up with the guests. Each stage of the entertainment does not start from scratch, and repartee and bantering can develop. The event becomes a complete whole, rather than a series of stages. As you can imagine, the number of musicians who can play unusual instruments such as the medieval bagpipes is rather limited. Add in the requirement that they can also perform close-up magic, play a fanfare and read a fortune with tarot cards, and the number plummets. We don't have a huge pool of medieval entertainers to draw on, so do please contact us as soon as you can to avoid loosing your performers to someone else. The best ones do tend to get booked first.
